Hello, my name is Kirsty Edwards.
My fitness journey started from an early age and I was always active from school right through to college. This lead me to study Sports and Outdoor Activities while working at a leisure centre. I then spent 5 years as an Outdoor Activities Instructor helping a range of people complete high ropes, abseiling, zip wires and tree walking. I decided after that I wanted to pursue down the fitness career and in 2015 I completed my Personal Training qualification followed by my Sports Massage Therapist qualification.
I've wanted to help people train away from a gym environment as this can make some people feel uncomfortable or intimidated. I want my clients to feel 100% happy and comfortable while training with me. This can be in the comfort of your own home or outside while getting some fresh air.
I keep myself active by running, swimming, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions and also going to the gym, plus walking miles with my lovely dog.
